2.9 снижение риска (risk reduction): Действия, предпринятые для уменьшения вероятности опасных событий, их последствий или того и другого вместе.

Примечание - Предупреждающие действия направлены на устранение причин возникновения опасной ситуации, а действия по снижению риска направлены на сокращение серьезности последствий или вероятности возникновения опасного события.
